At Briella Nicole’s Fitness & Dance, we have a passion for dance that we want to spread to anyone that we can. To make this happen, we offer a wide variety of dance lessons at the beginner to intermediate levels for both kids and adults. Adult Dance Classes


Ballet
Discover the grace, strength and confidence that ballet can bring. Considered the foundation for a number of dances, such as contemporary, our beginner level courses are designed to help you improve your flexibility, posture, balance, coordination, and your overall level of fitness that you need for dance.
Ballroom
Designed for complete beginners to intermediate level dancers, this class provides a fun environment where you will learn the fundamentals of partner dancing and improve your fitness. In our classes, we will guide you through basic footwork, rhythm, posture, and partner communication as you explore popular ballroom styles such as the Waltz, Foxtrot and Quickstep.
Contemporary
This beginner’s course combines elements of ballet, modern, and jazz dance to build foundational movement techniques, balance and mobility exercises, creative movement exploration, and easy-to-follow choreography. You’ll improve the posture, core strength, body awareness, and cardiovascular fitness that you need for dance, while also learning to express yourself through fluid, natural movement.
Country/Swing
If you have always wanted to get out on the dance floor but are not certain what you are doing, then this introductory course for Country/Swing dancing is the right choice for you. Our Country/Swing dance classes include popular styles such as the West Coast Swing, the East Coast Swing, the Charleston, Line Dancing, and the Two-Step. Whether you’re preparing for a night out, a wedding, or simply looking for a new way to stay active and have fun, our experienced instructor will guide you through essential footwork, partner connection, timing, rhythm, and easy-to-learn dance patterns.
Latin
Our Latin dance classes for those with limited to no experience focus on building confidence through easy-to-follow instructions, helping you to develop rhythm, coordination, balance, and body awareness at a comfortable pace. Along the way, you’ll enjoy a full-body cardio workout that improves endurance, burns calories, and increases flexibility—all while having fun moving to upbeat Latin music. Beginner programs commonly emphasize foundational steps, posture, timing, and coordination before progressing to more advanced movements. Dance styles include Cha-Cha, Jive, Paso Doble, Salsa and Argentine Tango.
Kids Dance Classes

Ballet
Our introductory Ballet classes provide young dancers with fun opportunities to explore the fundamentals of ballet. Children will learn basic positions, movements, coordination, balance, flexibility, and rhythm while building confidence and discipline.
Ballroom
Young dancers will learn the basics of popular ballroom styles through age-appropriate instruction, engaging activities, and partner exercises. In these classes we will introduce kids to popular styles like the Waltz, Foxtrot, and Quickstep.
Contemporary
The introductory Contemporary Dance classes provide young dancers with a fun and supportive environment to explore movement, creativity, and self-expression. Children will learn fundamental contemporary dance techniques, improve coordination, balance, flexibility, and musicality, while building confidence through engaging choreography and creative exercises.
Tap
In our beginner level Tap Dance classes, children will discover the joy of rhythm and movement while learning the basic tap techniques, coordination, musicality, and simple choreography that is needed to increase their dance skills.
Latin
Our Latin dance classes for kids are customized to the age of each child with a focus on guiding them from the basics to a more advanced skill level. The dance styles that we teach include but are not limited to styles such as the Cha-Cha, Jive, Paso Doble, Salsa, and Argentine Tango.
