It is inspiring to see people work towards and achieve their desired fitness goals. As a professional fitness trainer and introductory level dance coach, my objective is to use my knowledge to personalize your experience and help you reach the level of fitness that you have envisioned.

Cardio/Strength: Women – $30, Men – $30, Youth – $20
Pilates/Barre: Women – $30, Men – $30, Youth – $20
Athletic Training for Beginner Pro athletes, and anyone who simply wants to enhance their level of fitness: Women – $30, Men – $30, Youth – $20
Ballet, Ballroom, Contemporary, Tap, & Latin: Youth – $25
Ballet, Contemporary, Ballroom Country/Swing, & Latin: Women – $35, Men – $35

Once you have found a program that fits what you are looking for, click on the program’s Book Now page and fill out the form provided. Once submitted, we will text you the confirmation and payment details for your class as well as any other important information that you will need to know beforehand.
Each program is tailored to meet your skill level regardless of whether you are new to fitness or have advanced training experience.
Yes, you can choose between group or individual training depending on your goals and/or preferences.
You do not need any prior dance experience. The dance programs that I have created were specifically made for beginners and intermediate level dancers.
If you need to cancel a scheduled class, you need to communicate with me 24 hours prior for a full refund. Last minute cancellations without good reason will be subject to full price payment.
Depending on your injury, I will make adjustments to your workout to help you build towards your fullest potential. Details can be communicated with me at any time before your scheduled program begins.
I am working towards expanding Briella Nicole’s Fitness & Dance to include an app and an online area on this site where you can find pre-recorded workouts and dance tutorials to follow along with wherever you might be! Check back soon for updates.
